This year’s prom will take place Friday, June 7 at Sala San Marco on Preston Street. Ticket sales will take place Monday, April 29 - Friday, May 3, 2019. Students will only be permitted to purchase tickets within these dates at lunch time from the Tuck Shop located in the school’s Atrium.
To receive a ticket, students must meet the following criteria:
Grad fee paid in full (this is separate from the student fee);
Minimum 40 hours of community service completed and correct paperwork submitted;
Printed and signed “Rules of the Grad” contract. This contract must also be printed and signed for any guest who is also a St. Francis Xavier student;
Payment for Prom ticket made through Cash Online.
Members of the Graduation Committee reserve the right to deny a ticket to prom to any student not meeting the above criteria. Members of the Graduation Committee will not sell Prom tickets to any student before or after the week of April 29 - May 3, 2019.
During the week of May 6 - May 10 at lunch time, teachers on the Graduation Committee will meet with students in the school’s Atrium to plan the seating arrangements for the event. Students must submit their table requests during this time. Only students who purchased a Prom ticket will be eligible for a seat with their requested group.
