Important Dates for Grads 2025 - 2026
Semester 1
January 15 - deadline to apply to Ontario Universities (OUAC) for equal consideration.
Semester 2
February 1 - deadline to apply to Ontario Colleges (ontariocolleges.ca) for equal consideration and earliest date a student will receive an admission decision from an Ontario college.
May 1 - most offers of admission must be confirmed by Ontario college applicants.
May 29 - latest date a student will receive an admission decision from an Ontario university, this could be an acceptance, an alternate offer, holding for final grades or a rejection.
June 1 - earliest date a Ontario college will require a tuition deposit.
June 3 - earliest date on Ontario university will require a decision on an offer of admission.
Graduation Events & Dates
Graduation Assembly - January 5th
Grad gown orders due by March 13th
Community Service Hours due by March 31st
Graduation Mass - May 14th, Our Lady of Visitation Parish
Graduation Retreat - June 2nd, Rideau Hill Camp, rain date June 4th
Graduation Rehearsal - June 24th, 9:00 AM, StFX gym
Graduation Ceremony - June 25th, 9:00 AM (grads must arrive by 8:00 AM), TD Place
