Student Timetable
All new high school students will arrive on the first day and will locate their first class on the locator lists posted in the hallways. Guidance counsellors will help students find their first class. In their period 1 class students will receive a copy of their timetable. They will also receive their student email address that will allow them to access the my.studentinfo.ca website that will them to see an electronic version.

Student Email Addresses
Students will receive a school board email address. The domain address is typically [email protected]. Students will use this email for all school based communication. Students will need to set up a password and should see their homeroom teacher for assistance with this. Students will use the same login (their email address) and password to access all OCSB programs including my.studentinfo.ca.

Guidance Counsellor Appointments and Course Change Requests
Students may access their Guidance Counsellor by making an appointment through my.studentinfo.ca. There is a easy to use electronic form on the site to make the request. As well, students in high school can make course change requests through the site.
